Worst service ever

Lime loans seems to be the worst. I last took a loan with Lime Loans a couple of months back. I settled everything and requested a paid up letter which was supp****, however, the account wasn't closed and it is still active on my credit profile. I have sent emails with no response and they dont answer their phones. Think twice when it comea to Lime Loans, till today Lime is still on my credit profile and I dont know how to remove it.
