Worst Service and stupidest consultants

This is the worst company ever! I was in arrears because of a bounced debit order. They then handed over the account to LGR Attorneys whom I settled the balance immediately and obtained a letter saying my account is closed. However now on the Lime side, this stupid lady refuses to close my account on their side. I have no idea what to do as they are charging me interest for AFTER I settled the account with the attorneys.

I have tried emailing Collections, Support, and even the attorneys who informed me the account is settled. Yet still they refuse to close the account!
