Waste of my time and money

Absolutely shocking lack of service or response to multiple emails to resolve a system error on my account that prevents me using the service without explanation. I have tried calling these people, I have sent many emails. I simply want to use your service like the many times I did before, always paying back on time. I am on level 5 customer loyalty. Your service always gives me the lowest amount regardless of the fact I have paid back 5 loans successfully. Your advertising to get people to use your service frequently is starting to look stupid. I won't recommend you to anyone if you cannot even communicate with your loyal clients. Very disappointing.
