Very Bad Service and no Replies.

I had a loan with the and paid it 7 Mar. The Debit Order went off 25 Mar. I emailed, I called, but no reply. Phone never get picked up. Then I sent a FB Message and still nothing. What must you do to get an answer from you people? Your customer service need to be re-looked at. I know it is lock-down, but make provisions for your customers. You want our money, but we get no after service feedback or anything. I get messages for thanks for paying my loan, but I don't get an answer to my emails.

What the hell man?????
