Total disregard of clients needs

Very bad..they deducted on the 11th of december the money i was gonna use for a child's medical appointment..when you call them,,their phone says to leave a message,,on email the consultant tells me to just apply for another loan ..mind you the new loan will incur its own coasts..pathetic business..
