These people cant honor their own agreements

These people refuse to follow contractual agreements regarding payments towards your loan.

Contract stipulated payment after 17:00 on payment date, but Lime try to deduct money at 00:00 on payment date. Due to insufficient funds no payment happened, the next day they deduct a late payment fine but not your agreed upon payment. Then they start to threaten you with blacklisting. Payment was made by myself deducting the late payment fine as this was their fault. 2 weeks later still refuse to clear outstanding debt, nor acknowledge that they did not follow agreement.
