Terrible Service Delivery

Hi There, I app**** for a loan on Monday, 27 January 2020 and was approved at 12:24 the same day. Their company policy states that anything done before 14:00 will be paid out the same day...well nothing has been paid into my account to date yet being Wednesday, 29 January 2020.

I try to call them and the line just rings. When I eventually get hold of someone they just tell me they have system maintenance and will attend to it when they are able to. I sent emails yet no one replies to my emails.

This has been the worse experience with them to date.

I literally denied a loan from another company because Lime24 could deposit the money before the other company could, therefore I went with Lime24, and now I am still awaiting my funds.

I need this to be sorted out ASAP!!!!
