Shocking service!

I have previously app**** for a loan with Lime24 and everything went smooth. Today I app**** for another loan, and it was approved within minutes, however 5 hours later and I am still waiting for the money. I have phoned all their numbers but no-one answers. I have sent emails but no one responds. I have tried to contact them via facebook but obviously no-one is checking the messages. They claim to pay the money out within 1 minute if you are a previous customer. It's a bit difficult to find out what's going on when no-one answers the phone!!!
