Service is dicusting

I took a loan and was late with payments as they kept trying to debit my account on the 15th of the month and I only received my salary on 26th even after trying to rectify it the did for 3 month then after pay in September they debit me again in October taking double which I didn't even owe and now they still say I owe them after paying double and NO ONE helps! Pathetic!
