Sending demands for a loan I do not owe

Anyone who knows how a Lime Loan works would know that in order to acquire a second loan, one first needs to pay the previous one. After contacting Lime Loans regarding a loan which I was handed over for due to financial difficulties, I had requested them to kindly update my credit profile as the loan was not reflecting as being paid up. After contacting about that loan, I then received communication about a previous loan which was suddenly outstanding. Now someone please explain to me how I was granted a loan in March 2020 if I "had not paid" the loan which I took out the previous month. After speaking to a lady named Rachel Johnson DuToit, I had shown her a bank statement which I still have in my emails regarding the payment for the loan going off and had asked her how I was granted a loan after this particular loan if the loan had not be paid. Since my bank account with the bank which the debit order had gone off was closed later on in 2020, I no longer have access to my online banking since I was asked for a POP. This whole thing makes NO sense at all. They are now sending me cute little emails of demand. What kind of nonsense is this? I admit to having some difficulty with the second loan which I had paid off with their debt collectors, but now to come after me for a previous loan?
