Poor Service

The so called 24 hour, automated service gave my girlfriend a message saying they need to manually verify her info as something went wrong. The message says the process will take around 13 minutes. It's been 2 hours and 30 minutes since that message. Lime was choses for their apparent quick work as the money is an urgent, unforseen circumstance. Just poor service. And false advertising. If you claim to be a 24 hour service, you should be able to provide the service 24 hours a day.
