POOR COMMUNICATION

I was harassed and called a million times to pay my loan and then advised i had 10 days to make payment or would be black listed - i proceeded to pay immediately however then got an email advising i had not paid when proof of payment was sent. How is this missed as this is a serious issue. I have now been sending reminders to confirm payment was received and for a paid-up letter. Lime Loans you are quick to threaten however not quick to answer when i need something. Poor customer service i would never recommend Lime Loans. I Want confirmation of payment and a paid-up letter
