I am extremely frustrated and deeply disappointed with the ************* services provided by Lime Loans. It is a complete failure on their part to address and resolve the issues I am facing.

Despite paying off my loans in full, and providing the necessary payment letter as proof, Lime Loans has failed to update or inform credit bureaus of my credit to accordingly. As a result, my credit profile and score have been significantly impacted, causing great distress and inconvenience. Even after Credit Bureau reached out to Lime Loans to rectify the situation and acknowledge my settled loans, Lime Loans has shown a complete lack of responsiveness and failed to address the matter.

My experience with Rachel Johnson, an employee of Lime Loans, was utterly unprofessional and marked by her rudeness during our conversation. It is truly disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and courtesy from Lime Loans' representatives.

To those considering using Lime Loans' services, I can only wish you luck, as my personal experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
