Pathetic Customer Service and Treatment

I have paid up my loans more than 25 business working days and I have not received my paid up letters. I have dealt with a consultant Andisiwe who does not reply to emails nor does she want to escalate or provide me with any contact details to further this complaint. She is rude and has been ignoring me since my request.

This company customer service is pathetic and they do not help you when needed. Rather stay away from them because they will call you 100 times to pay but once paid it's you on your own..

I NEED MY PAID UP LETTERS FOR CRYING OUT LOUD
