Pathetic!

Bad service regarding communication & feedback. You apply for a small loan, get approved and then wait forever for the loan to payout. You can't call them because no one answers. You can't email because they don't respond. Yet you still need to pay for a loan that you didn't receive. If you do receive the loan no matter how many days later, they don't even amend it. Really pathetic service!
