PATHETIC

I paid up my outstanding loan and I had to follow up and run after the attorneys who handled my account. Absolute nightmare. I hope to avoid and never deal with them again!! As for Konga Loans, who has since been bought by Lime Loans - I forwarded my paid up letter and nothing!!! Still shows as unpaid on my account. As do my 2 x Lime Loans. This company is QUICK to upload on the credit bureau about late payment but not a F*%K are ANY of the staff prepared to fix their mistakes. My 2 x Lime Loans were paid up ages ago! They uploaded the incorrect information to my report! Not me.... Not anyone else..... I have been fighting since January - not one single person who I have spoken to has given a damn! Now they own Konga Loans too - no joy whatsoever. The last phone call I managed to speak to the "Manager" who basically told me I must fight with Experian about my Credit Report- refused to accept any responsibility for THEIR false and incorrect information. A bunch of Mother F8%kers - terrible service!!! Painful and emotionally draining.
