Paid up letter struggles
I paid up my Lime Loan account under debt review on 30 August 2021. I have been requesting a paid up letter but there is no response to my e-mails. The telephone number *** goes unanswered until it cuts off. This is very frustrating as I need ALL my paid up letters before before I can get a clearance certificate from my debt counsellor. Lime Loans please respond URGENTLY
