paid up letter and bureau update!

i was given a settlement discount in June paid on the 23rd , been requesting my paid up letter since then , Sumaiya Davids who assisted with the discount has not been responding on email sent numerous email to their collections box, called no answer, the account has been negative reflecting on my status for two months , they are not responding.
