Not to be trusted.

I settled my loan on the 30th of May,then I have sent proof of payment. It was acknowledged but on the system it did not update. Come the 27th of June,they debited my account. Now im calling them with no answer, im sending emails I am being ignored. This company is a *****. I am so annoyed.
