Not happy with Lime24

I have been trying to contact Lime24 via email regarding a 30 loan. I have been asking them for an extension and they just keep avoiding me. I have been with Lime24 for years now and now that I need help they don't take the time to just read my emails. Trying to call them also doesn't work the line keeps cutting. I am going to get handed over after I have been trying to make arrangements according to my salary but no luck
