No service. No feedback. False advertising

So this is usually my go to loan portal if I need fast cash but the last few times there service is not so great. They advertise you can get your loan same day if you apply before a certain time but even if you make it in the morning you'll probably only get it the next day. That's been my experience. But now I'm waiting for a loan that I made and was approved by 10AM on Friday last week. It's now Tuesday and still haven't received my loan but I'm already being charged interest for something I haven't received. You can't call them to find out what's happening because no one answers and no one responds to your emails. I did state in my last email that I would review according to the service I received and I haven't received a service as yet so between the false advertising about the loan to account which is way longer than they say and no feedback or assistance to customers makes this credit provider not so reliable if you looking for urgent fast cash.
