No Service Delivery, No Attempt at Resolution

According to their own company policy, loans approved before 14h00 will be paid on the same day. My loan was approved and sms was received on the 22nd Jan at 11h31. At the time of writing this it is now Jan 24th 10h21 and yet no monies has been paid out. I have sent 3 emails and received no reply. I have called the number on their website (both of them) and no one answers the calls. Literally just rings for minutes. This is a distinct service failure with no attempt to resolve or even address the issue.

I have made use of their services in previous times, and always made the repayments on time. I am 100% certain that should a payment be late, I would get called very quickly.
