No response via ema as well as landline

Utterly poor customer service. As a regular customer I have noticed thst ITC is not updated.

Now this time found I requested a paid letter via email to collection and ***. I get now reply. Tried calling landline and calls just get dropped.

Please just forward paid up letter please
