NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!!

My account is paid up , I have send so many emails to Whitney for a paid up letter , She then asked me how much i have paid *Should this not be on your system*! PLEASE I NEED A PAID UP LETTER AND YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR SYSTEM!!!!!! There is no working telephone number just a email where there is no Response!!!!!!!!
