No response

I have been emailing since Sunday and phoning since Monday. You call and after 2 minutes the call disconnects. You approve a loan but it doesn't get paid out. I asked via email to please contact me urgently and emails just get ignored. If there is a problem with your servers then inform your customers but I cannot spend R100 on calls just to get no response. Can some kindly call or email me.
