No Feedback - Really Frustrating.

I had taken out a loan with Lime and this past month they had double debited my account. Tried numerous time to get hold of them with no luck. When you try to call them, their automated response says to stay on the line but then the call just cuts off. you never ever get to speak to anyone. Emails are not even responded to. Sent an email again today to their support address and this bounces back saying that the email address does not exist. This is very unprofessional.
