Loan Deposit Time

I app**** for a loan today before 12. It's now 17:36 as I am writing this. Am I now really going to have to wait to 20:00 for this loan to pay out????? I told the consultant I need the money ASAP as I need to drive to JHB..... Can you people not do anything right?
