I made a loan on November to be paid back on 24 December. But because of holidays they set the debit order for the 13th of December. I was fine with that. So on the 13th all people put their debit orders on as I got paid the 13th. That afternoon I went on vacation and only after the 15th I started to spend the "left over" money in my account as I knew all my debt was paid. Now they didn't take their payment on the 13th because of "technical" errors. Now they charge me more than R200 extra for interest and stuff. I have been emailing and I got called. But they keep on saying that it is my fault that I didn't pay them. As if I must've done their job to set a debit order. After a week of arguments and emails and calls, they still say this is my fault and I should pay that extra interest. This place is a ****! *****ING your hard earned money!
