Lime24 Loans Account Settled

Good day. I have been trying to contact you Lime24 loans for months with no response. I have also sent numerous emails but still no response. Regarding the loan of R400 that I have settled R550 in January 2019 and have sent proof of payment for it but it still appears on credit bereaus that i am still owing lime24. I have still been sending proof of payment but i still do not get any response and their phones rang unanswered.

Where do I report this matter because my credit is currently ruined because of this people?
