I've app**** for a loan on the 17th October 2019, and have been approved. On their website it show that I got the money and the outstanding balance. But I have not received any money in my bank account. They don't answer the phone and do not reply on e-mails. Is there anyone that can assist that has the same experience.

Is this legit and how do I get hold of them?
