Lime loans- The cause of my death

I have app**** for a loan with them because I needed a quick cash. I was approved and waited for the payment. Few minutes later I was told that I was declined and can only apply after 30 days. I enquired about it and was told that the system is down and they are doing it manually. After few minutes I was asked few questions and then my money was transferred to another account and transferred back. Following day i enquired again because I didn’t get the money and tasked them to cancel the application because I needed the money on the previous day. I went to the mall to spend the R2230 i had on my account only to find out they took all the money to their bank account. I sent several messages begging them to pay the money back to me. Days passed until today 07-10-2024 when they decided to clean my account again and kept quiet
