LIME LOANS SA WORSE CALL CENTER EVER

I made a settlement payment a week and a half ago i logged on to my profile requested a settlement letter took a screen shot of the settlement information with the reference number. I then attached the settlement letter with the proof of payment. Now i am being told they cant see my payment and i need to send the settlement letter in PDF and this and that. I called no answer send a e mail no responds i messaged on the website no responds how the hell do you get this kind of **** service after you settled your account the level of service and willingness to help should be much better worse call center staff ever they need training on how to allocate payments dont ever use Lime loans SA rather ask a family member or ex to help you but not these people
