Lime Loans approves ********** loan applications!!!!!!!

I have been trying to contact lime loans since the 7th of July due to a ********** loan application WHICH THEY HAVE APPROVED! I have sent messages to your FB page, emails to your customer care email address, logged disputes with the Credit bureaus as well as tried contacting Lime Loans a million times but the call gets cut. They respond via FB messenger asking my contacting details BUT NEVER CALL ME! I have even received an "ApproveIt" message on my banking app which I had declined and rejected over and over because Lime loans wants to debit this R300 loan installment. This is absolutely disgusting and I am BEYOND furious because they cannot even display basic decency by contacting me to rectify their BS. Their is service consultant or a few whom have not been paying attention in their training sessions because CLEARLY THEY APPROVE ********** LOAN APPLICATIONS!
