Lime 24 - wow

Hi

i have been dealing with Lime24 for about 5 months now - always great service Last week Lime24 had issues with dispersing monies to their clients - this was confirmed over the phone to me. The next day no answered (i guess many clients were having issues) i sent an email with my agreement and all details requesting the loan to be cancelled - less than 10 min later the loan was cancelled and i was notified.

this was literally the best response i have ever gotten from any institution in SA and this to some degree restored my faith in businesses that claim to be there for their clients
