*********** and useless???

I paid up my account in 2019 but they're still sending me emails about an outstanding amount. On my credit record it still shows I owe them and that I had missed payments even in 2020 whereas I had already paid a year ago. I have sent endless emails and made numerous calls and am always promised this would be fixed which never happens. I am sick of doing a run around and wasting my time and energy on *********** people. Both the agents and managers are unhelpful and full of empty promises! I regret the day i got into business with Lime Loans! They're the worst company I've ever dealt with... All useless!! ??? Don't ever consider going there no matter how desperate you are, you will be miserable for years!
