Ignoring emails and lies about 20 %discount

I'm very disappointed in Lime loans 24. First they told me I have a 20%discount in settling my account. After I paid the full amount we agreed on, they hand me over to their attorneys LGR attorneys. All of a sudden their were an amount again, while I arranged to pay the amount they attorneys contacted me. I immediately went and pay the entire amount to the attorneys. Last month already but still my account isn't cleared. I emailed them, the supervisor, theirs just no response. Nothing. Absolutely ignoring my emails. After lying to people about discounts, the hand u over to attorneys who also don't know how to handle these matters. And then they just go and ignore you. Lime loans, good ones excluded, are not professional at all. They are not honest as well, they deceive people with 20% discounts which they never give you.
