I settled my loan on the 24th and asked them for a settlement on 5 emails,ofwhich I assume they are refusing to give as there has been no response for my request,instead they keep sending me contracts for a loan that i didn'tapply for and dont need

I settled my loan on the 24th and asked them for a settlement on 5 emails,ofwhich I assume they are refusing to give as there has been no response for my request,instead they keep sending me contracts for a loan that i didn'tapply for and dont need.On the 30th May they debited my bank account for the settled loan,I'm trying to get a refund but no responds to my email and their contact rings unanswered for the last 4 days...pathetic customer service and ********* business conduct.
