I made a loan on the 29th of September, the loan was approved and in the app it shows waiting for payment

I made a loan on the 29th of September, the loan was approved and in the app it shows waiting for payment. till today i have not received any payment. I sent emails to support and tried calling to no avail. Please help, i need them to cancel the loan. I no longer have any need for it. Or they need to at least pay the loan so i can send it back
