I made a loan and approved the debicheck but the loans was never paid

I made a loan and approved the debicheck but the loans was never paid. I received an sms stating that it was a technical problem and the loan had been cancelled. I cancelled the debicheck as well. They sent me a link to apply for a new loan and it was approved and I again authorized the debicheck. The new loan was paid into my bank account. I tried contacting lime loans via telephone (no answer/left voice messages) they are not contact able. I have Emailed lime loans and get no response. I have even left messages on their support link on their web page (no response). At the end of September 2021 they debited me for the cancelled loan as well as the loan they granted me. I have since been trying to contact lime loans via the number provided on their web page as well as the contact number on the debit order and can not get hold of them. Furthermore I have sent e mail messages and customer support service messages and do not get any replies. There is no way of contacting Lime loans or even getting a refund of the money deducted from my bank account
