Horrible Support assistant (Keesha)

I took out a loan with Lime 24 on Friday morning and the confirmation came in at 12 yet the money is still not reflecting on my account even now and they have the worst support ever. I tried to call them but no answer, I sent an email to Keesha in support and she still has not responded.

can someone get back to me asap as I will not be held reliable for payment of something i never even received.
