Ghosting their client

I have app**** almost 8days ago still have not received my money. Plus the loaded a debut order on my account and the sens me and sms saying my approved. I called this company everyday spend about 300 calling them no one picks up . I've 2 options and all agents always busy then line cuts off after 10min of hold time email they have ignore them since day 1
