**********. Mandilakhe Mzimkhulu, Jessica Chapman, Rachel Johnston Du-Toit all giving me the runaround instead of sending me my paid-up letter.

I have paid up a loan I had with lime loans and it's been just above a month since I did that. After the last debit order I called them and Mandilakhe Mzimkhulu promised to email me the paid-up letter on Monday the 31st of October 2022. I called on that day to remind him and he said I should wait for 7 to 10 working days. I waited and on working day 13 I contacted him to follow up on the letter and he responded saying he's sorry he's following up on it. Today is November 30th, 2022 Mandilakhe has not been responding to my emails, the Jessica Chapman lady stopped talking to me after setting up my debit order to take the money and now there's a Rachel lady saying she is sending my profile for closure and not addressing my paid-up letter issue. When I asked her to let me know when the profile closure is done she responded by saying I'll know when that is done when I'm allowed to request funds again. Like THE HELL I want a damn loan ever again from Lime loans. Coming to Hellopeter is my last resort, as someone that does company reputation management by profession the last I want to do is to be typing a bad review for someone's business. LIME LOANS has been the worse company to deal with I regret the day I took a loan from this company. Their lapdogs LGR Attorneys is busy harrassing me with SMSes for a loan I don't owe anymore. I will never recommend LIME LOANS to my worst enemy. They are the worst of the worst. Now thet have created another email address with a .org at the end just to keep asking for MORE money from us.
