FAILURE TO PROVIDE DETAILED STATEMENT

I was called 2 years later after taking a loan to advise that I still owed Lime Loans money. Not sure why it takes a company 2 years to call? I requested a statement in order to follow up however received a 1 line statement with no transaction history and with values that did not add up. I have sent various mails requesting an updated detailed statement however my mails are being ignored? I want to look into this so i can close the matter off - already unacceptable to wait 2 years to follow up for outstanding money - HOW IS THIS BUSINESS RUN
