Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Service

I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience with Lime Loans. I have fully settled my loan, yet they continue to refuse to issue a paid-up letter — something that should be standard practice. Despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve received no proper communication or assistance.

This lack of action is severely affecting my credit score, as they have not updated my account with the credit bureaus to reflect that the debt has been cleared. It's unacceptable that after doing my part and settling my debt, I am left to deal with the consequences of their inefficiency and negligence.

If you value your financial reputation, I highly recommend thinking twice before dealing with Lime Loans. Their poor service, lack of accountability, and failure to fulfill basic obligations is not something anyone should have to deal with.
