Double debit order deduction

I made a loan at Lime Loans and cold not make payment one month, then I made payment arrangements with Lucky Bonoko from Lime Loans for a reduced amount over the next four months. To my surprise a double debit order deduction was made from my bank account. After emailing Lucky Bonoko and the Lime team plus several attempts at calling this company I have had no success.
