Disgusting service

Despite having no authority to do so, as the debi check date is 27th. Lime Loans debited by account for the current months loan on 14 December 2023.

Over and above this - I had requested a settlement quote - which was valid unitl 18 December 2023 and in fact was settled on 14 December 2023.

I am now R 6 692 out of pocket......right before xmas wtih no response as to when the refund will be made.
