Disgusting service

I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I have sent 5 emails enquiring about a loan. They state on the site you can make payment arrangements if you cannot meet the payment date. My salary is deposited in the 29th each month. They want me to pay back the loan by the 15th. I sent multiple emails asking is someone can assist me in this matter. Plus i havent even received the funds wich is a mere 500. I will advise people to stay away from this joke of a financial service. Also when you call no one answers. Its like no one works there? This shady company needs to be shut down.
