Deposit not returned to tenant

<p>Ryan Chatten of Lime Litz Properties (company possibly now deregistered), has not paid my tenant back her depsoit of R13,500 when her lease expired end July 2016. &nbsp;After many attempts of trying to communicate with him, myself and tenant were able to give him 2 months notice. &nbsp;My tenant eventually had to phone him from her office line and spoke to him. &nbsp;He requested her bank details which were sent but no deposit paid. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Ryan still owes me rent for Aug 2015 of R10,600 and now my tenant's deposit of R13,500 = R24,000</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
