CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

I app**** online for a loan on saturday, got a response this morning that it was approved via an sms. The sms had a link attached to it to agree to their offer..after ticking all boxes the app wouldn't go further. I forwarded various emails to Lime,still no success. Their phones don't get answered either. I am very disappointed.
