CON-ARTIST AVOID AT ALL COSTS

<p>This man has been reported to the E.A.A.B, I believe twice. For these kinds of ****s where he takes money and “does a runner”, we entered into an agreement earlier this year with his company and subsequently have lost over R 66 000 in rental as the tenant squatted without paying rent, and His employer (whom the lease was with) is claiming he had no knowledge of the lease and will not pay.</p> <p>So effectively we feel Ryan has committed ***** by signing a bogus agreement (Possibly forging signatures) and has not done due diligence on the background and validity of the parties concerned. One of whom was in the country *******ly and has subsequently been arrested and deported under the Immigration act, after causing damage to the property.</p> <p>We are now at risk of losing our property because of this man and not earning a rental from our property for nearly 9 months.</p> <p>It is very sade that people will only see these reviews after they have been burnt By Ryan.</p>
